DANIEL NEVES

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Daniel Neves is a Partner at CHC and oversees the trading desk and Brazilian sourcing. Raised on his family’s coffee farm in Bahia, Brazil, Dan began his career in origin operations with the ECOM Group before co-founding Café Richesse, a specialty roaster in Fort Collins, Colorado. In 1998, he founded Sinay Neves Enterprises, a Brazilian specialty green coffee importer. Dan joined CHC in 2014 and holds a degree in Economics from Colorado State University and a Masters in Global Finance, Trade & Economic Integration from Denver University.

MARK WILLIAMS

PRESIDENT

Mark Williams is a Partner and serves as President of CHC. He is the firm’s ultimate backstop for risk management and systems development. Prior to joining CHC in 2016, Mark was a Senior Vice President at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., leading Food & Beverage and regional banking teams focused on commodity traders. Mark holds a music degree from Middlebury College and an MBA in Finance from Babson College. He has served on the boards of the Green Coffee Association, Pacific Coast Coffee Association, and the Cutler Investment Center at Babson College.

CURTIS BALL

PARTNER

Curtis Ball began his coffee career at the Dupuy Group, a leading U.S. coffee warehousing company. Curtis ran Dupuy’s Decatur Street toll roasting operation before transitioning into green coffee sourcing and trading with Wolthers Douqué. He joined CHC in 2018 and is responsible for Central American coffee sourcing and sales. Curtis is a certified Q Grader and holds a degree in Spanish from Louisiana State University.

ROBERTA VIEIRA

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Roberta joined CHC in 2021 and oversees finance, hedging, and certification compliance (Fairtrade, Organic, RFA). Previously, she managed financial and logistics operations at Wolthers Douqué. Roberta is a Certified Public Accountant with a degree in accounting.

MARTHA SANTOS

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

With over 40 years of experience in green coffee logistics, Martha oversees CHC’s logistics operations, including ocean freight, warehousing, and customer deliveries. She joined CHC in 2014 after a long career with the Tristão Group. Martha brings over 40 years of logistics and trading experience to CHC.
